Sarah Poyntz is the daughter of an English Merchant who operates a shipping business from Antwerp, Belgium, in 1535. Her father is interested in the ideas of William Tyndale, who has fled England as a condemned outlaw for refusing to stop his translation work of the English Bible.
But when Tyndale is captured and imprisoned, Sarah becomes the only hope for saving his life.

On April 10 and April 17, the Community Christian School Drama Team will be presenting "The Queen's Smuggler", by Dave and Neta Jackson in Larson Hall at Westfield Evangelical Free Church, 568 Southwick Road, Westfield.
There will be a matinee and evening performance on each of these Saturdays.
Come and enjoy this theatrical rendition by CCS’s very own Drama Team who have brought us "A Pilgrim’s Progress", and "Journey to Narnia". There will be raffles, souvenirs, autographed pictures of performers, "acto-grams", and refreshments for sale during the intermission at each performance.

Receive free admission to one performance for reading (or having your parents read with you) “The Queen’s Smuggler” and turning in a one page book report (or drawing for grade two or younger) by April 1st. Each submission will be entered into our “Essay Contest”. There will be one winner chosen per age group (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12). A winner will be announced at each performance and the winners will receive an autographed poster of the performance signed by the artist and the cast.
